Solar module manufacturers have rapidly emerged, particularly from China, over the past 5 years. At m|power we have partnered with strong well known brands such as CNPV and Suntech Power, the leading solar module manufacturer in 2010 as measured by volume of gigawatts (GW) shipped.

An important benchmark of manufacturing company strength is known within the solar industry as ‘bankability’.  Bankability is a term that has emerged in Europe as the number of large scale multi megawatt solar farm installations grow. It reflects the technical and financial security of a manufacturer as determined by the major financial institutions which are financing large solar projects. m|power only distribute solar modules from manufacturers that have achieved Bankability status within the largest solar markets.
